"Mr. Softie Tried to Kill Me"

HARTFORD, Connecticut - We all have fond memories of the ice cream man approaching our neighborhood while we were playing with our friends outside. Once you heard that music in the distance, you knew you had to dart into the house and ask Mom for change so you could buy some ice cream.

Well, Wilbur Troutman, 64, apparently didn't get change from his Mom when he was little.

Luis Amaro, 51, a truck driver for Mr. Softie ice cream is accused of dashing out of his truck over the weekend and swinging a baseball bat at Troutman.

"Mister Softee tried to kill me!" said Troutman, recovering from bruised arms and a cut to the head.

Mister Softie's Owner, Felix Rios, said Troutman is partially to blame for harassing his drivers for the last several weeks.

Throughout the neighborhood, Troutman has been following the Mister Softee trucks, while taking pictures of and tape recording the music from the trucks. He has launched a campaign to ban the trucks from the streets, said Rios. (Zone81.com)

Boy that guy really doesn't like ice cream... Well I can sympathize to a certain extent. In Japan we are constantly confronted by the AJJA. You don't know the AJJA? (Annoying Japanese Jack Asses) Here are a few members of the AJJA. Do you know any of them?

Japanese Politicians - Have you ever been really ticked off at one of those Japanese politicians outside spouting off at 8am on a Sunday morning?

Japanese Left-Wingers - Or how about those left-wingers (or is it right-wingers?) in their big black trucks driving around blaring some war music from the 1930's with the Rising Sun Japanese flags?

Japanese Bosozoku (teen-aged motorcycle riders) - Maybe what really gets you are those teenaged "bosozoku" driving around at 1am trying to wake everyone up because they have no jobs and nowhere to go the next day? Funny thing is, they think they got this odd form of entertainment from Americans. If Amercans did that in the US, they would have bullet holes in their heads. (I guess guns are good for something)

If you answered "Yes" to one of the questions above, then you have had contact with this group. They are not dangerous, simply as the name states, annoying. Here are a few ways to deal with the AJJA:

Politicians:

crank your stereo a few decibels to get their attention

yell "Jiminto ga saiaku dazo!"
(The Liberal Democratic Party Sucks!) out your window (this works really well when there are people gathered around them listening)

toss a few eggs at them when they pass by

Black truck left-wingers:

eggs are a nice touch here too

stand on the sidewalk and wave an American (any foreign) flag while making the "toot your horn" arm pulling gesture as they drive by

hold up a sign that says "Japan stinks" in Japanese - they like that

Bosozoku:

again eggs are really effective in this situation

toss some nails or broken glass in the road as you hear them approaching in the distance

follow them home and trash their bikes while they are sleeping

Of course I can not condone such actions on this web site, but I can not say that I have never tried one or more of these myself... It is all a part of the United Front Against the AJJA. Other wise known as the UFAAJJA.

	Enjoy your commentary very much, however, all Americans don't take to guns - thank God! Here we laugh at the right and left wingers, and I must say especially the 'Clintonites' who can't make up their mind if they are left or right, married or single. The teenage motorcycle riders that rez up their bikes in the middle of the night is a problem but I have never heard of one getting shot for that. Honest Injun! Personally, I am proud to be an American and wish things were different, but it's our own fault that things got our of hand. I trully believe George and Laura Bush is the best thing that has happened to the United States in a very long time. Love your Web site.
