I did some dumb things as a kid myself, would you believe I once got arrested when I was 15 for knobbing on the roof of my school? Well, the actual charge was called breaking and entering, but I told the police many times that I didn't break her, just enter only... I thought that would reduce the charge in half. Maybe the police meant entering the school? Never could figure that out. Either way I didn't break anything.

How about the nads on this manager woman? Some crazed 13-year-old with a loaded gun demanding porn, and you tell the little turd to get out? I never understood the mentality of these convenience store workers risking their lives for a minimum wage job. "Uh, ok Sal here is the deal. If anyone tries to steal this $4 magazine, I want you to use your body as a human shield and risk your life to prevent it. If you don't you are fired!" Getting fired from a $15,000 a year job is worse than dying?

If it were me, I would say "OK kid, here is your magazine, make sure you check page 18, she is nice."
