Man Allegedly Abuses Kids' Genitals With Pliers

NEWARK, Ohio - A man in Pataskala, Ohio has been charged guilty on allegations that he punched two young relatives, hit them with baseball bats and rubber mallets and abused their genitals with pliers.

Gary Lynn Duff, 42, was indicted Friday on 10 counts of child endangerment for allegedly torturing the boys, ages 10 and 13.

Duff was is in the Licking County jail on $50,000 bail.

Licking County Assistant Prosecutor Rachelle Peloquin said Duff allegedly assaulted the boys from May 2000 to just before his arrest July 10.

She said the abuse occurred at the children's home near Pataskala when their mother was at work or running errands.

Peloquin said authorities believe Duff was disciplining the boys. (Zone81.com)
