  Bah, you are better of going out and meeting women in person. If your are looking for some fun, then Roppongi is pretty famous for J-girls on the prowl for foreign men.
  
  Aside from that, you can meet women anywhere. The trains, walking down the street, anywhere! Just talk to them, and smile. Even if you can speak some Japanese, you are better off to talk to them slowly in English.

  Meeting girls on the train has happened to me most often on the way home from a night of drinking. They too are usually a little drunk and they relax. Almost everytime it has happened (and it has happened a lot,) I first notice them looking at me and when I catch them I smile. If they smile back then it is an open invitation to initiate a conversation. From there it's up to you. Very often you can persuade them to join you for a drink somewhere that same night.

  I always figured it was the booze, and the fact that they aren't heading off to work..or exhausted from a day of work. Women are more likely to be receptive when they've just had fun.
  
  Give it a try. If you get the smile, conversation is no problem. There are time I don't get the smile, and I haven't even tried in those cases.
  
  So, go get drunk (not pissed but happy) take the train home, and keep your eyes open.
