This terrible fact generated along the centuries, in J-collective unconscious, a feeling of (false) superiority. Example: in Brazil, my country, some J-immigrants called the locals "the foreigners" (gaijin, in Japanese). Why J-people are so fanatic before foreigners, particularly brazilian dekasseguis, working away from home?
