We are looking for someone to work part-time from our location and from his or her own home. The hours are flexible. Prospective candidates should have the following skills and qualities. No previous experience is necessary, as all work tasks can easily be explained and training will be provided. Ø Able to speak, read and write English at an intermediate level (You do not have to have high-level English skills for this job. You only need to be able to communicate in English to co-workers and they can speak low level Japanese). Ø Good Japanese communication skills for reading and writing. Ø Good computer skills and must own a laptop computer. Should be able to use email (Microsoft Outlook), word, Excel spreadsheets and Internet. Ø After a brief training period, should be a self-starter, creative and interested in real estate and apartment building property management. Ø Position is currently part-time, but can grow into a full time position with high pay and good benefits. Starting salary is negotiable. Job Description: Position requires assisting American staff in using and translating a bilingual spreadsheet for real estate, making and receiving phone calls and general assistance for the purpose of investing in real estate in Japan.
